Before you register your child, please be ready to provide the following information:
Fort George Explorers Fees:
Full-time - $320/month (Pro-D Day fees are included with full-time fees)
Part-time - $20/day
Part-time Pro D Days - $38/day*
Early Dismissal Fee - $10/day**
*Please note, if your child is enrolled to come on a day there is a full-day session, you will be charged for the full day regardless of the child's attendance.
**Only applies to schools that have a scheduled early dismissal every Wednesday
Full-time - $86/month
Part-time - $6/day (minimum charge of $42/month*)
* Regardless of the number of days a child is scheduled to be picked up in our shuttle, the minimum fee of $42 is required.
Deposit and Program Enhancement Fee:
A $175 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required upon registration in order to secure your child's spot in the program, and will be credited to your last month of Fort George Explorers in the 2018/2019 school year. An annual $25 Program Enhancement Fee is also required upon registration, and subsequently every September. This fee goes directly to our Integrated Learning programs. Deposits and Program Enhancement Fees can be paid online by credit card with this registration, or in person at our front desk.
Monthly fee payments for Fort George Explorers are accepted by pre-authorized payment only. Monthly fees can be paid by pre-authorized credit card, or directly from a pre-authorized bank account. Pre-authorized payment must be set up with us upon registration. The pre-authorized payment form for monthly fees is available to download and print from the confirmation page, from your confirmation email, or as a hard copy at our front desk. Forms can be returned to us at The Exploration Place front desk, or returned by mail, fax, or email. Forms must be received in order to secure your child's spot in the program. (Please note that returning parents who already have payment information on file with us do not need to submit a new form each year, unless payment information has changed.)
Please also note that deposit fees are separate from monthly pre-authorized payments, and we cannot capture your credit information from online payment of deposit fees in order to use for monthly payments. Our registration software encrypts credit information, and it is not available to us. Pre-authorized payment forms are the only way we can receive your financial information for monthly payments.
