The Ontario Government’s Economic Outlook and Fiscal Review announced an ambitious fiscal agenda, including a new Task Force to ensure all Provincial agencies are relevant, efficient, effective and provide value for money for taxpayers.  While few spending details were announced, significant expenditure reductions are expected in the spring 2019 Ontario Budget.
The Institute on Government is hosting a 2-hour seminar to better understand what the new fiscal reality in Ontario will mean for transfer partners, agencies, boards and commissions.  The session will explore how to prepare for the new fiscal reality, the views and expectations of citizens, what recent history can teach us, and how to position and to prepare yourself and your agency.
