Abstract Submission

The Abstract Submission portal is now closed.

Thank you to all who submitted!

To submit an Abstract for the 2018 Joint Meeting of the CGU, CSSS, CIG, ES-SSA and CSAFM, please click the 'SUBMIT ABSTRACT' button below.  To make a submission, you will need your Abstract Title, Abstract Text (2000 characters maximum), Author Names and which session you wish to submit to as well as your platform preference (oral or poster).  Each Abstract Submission is $50 plus 5% GST.  You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Diner's Club) and will be provided a confirmation screen at the conclusion of your submission to indicate that your your Abstract Submission has been received.  The deadline for Abstract Submissions is March 16, 2018 at 11:59 PM Eastern time. 

For those who are submitting multiple abstracts, when you enter your e-mail address, the system automatically populates your first abstract.  When prompted, click on 'No, this is not me (create new profile)' and you can carry on with your second abstract information.
