Full-time After School Care - $320/month (Pro-D Day fees are included with full-time fees)
Part-time After School Care - $20/day
Part-time Pro D Days - $38/day*
Early Dismissal Fee - $10/day**
*Please note, if your child is enrolled to come on a day there is a full day of care, you will be charged for the full day regardless of the child's attendance.
**Only applies to schools that have a scheduled early dismissal every Wednesday
Full-time - $86/month
Part-time - $6/day (minimum charge of $42/month*)
* Regardless of the number of days a child is scheduled to be picked up in our shuttle, the minimum fee of $42 is required.
No Call Fee for Shuttle Service:This fee has been introduced due to the number of incidents of parents not calling the Fort George Explorers Cell Phone to inform the program of a child's absence. When a parent does not call to tell us their child is not taking the shuttle this results in:
- the shuttle being late to pick up other children on the shuttle route.
- Allocating staff resources, drivers and program staff, to locate the child.
- Parents ask us to pick up their child and we take that responsibility seriously! As a team, we worry about that child until we are able to confirm they are safe.
1st offense – warning
2nd offense - $10
3rd offense - $25
4th offense – suspension from shuttle for 1 week
5th offense – loss of shuttle privileges permanently*
*All offenses remain on file and are carried over year to year.

Deposit and Program Enhancement Fee:
A $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required upon registration in order to secure your child's spot in the program, and will be credited to your first month of childcare. An annual $25 Program Enhancement Fee is also required upon registration, and subsequently every September. This fee goes directly to our childcare programs. Deposits and Program Enhancement Fees can be paid online by credit card with this registration, or in person at our front desk.
