Important Information for Exhibitors - Setup & Teardown Times Have Changed
Booth Setup: Monday, February 15 - 11:00am to 5:00pm
NOTE: Booths must be setup by 5pm in time for the Meet & Greet
Booth Teardown: Thursday, February 18 - 1:30pm to 5:00pm

Reserving GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE Sponsorship Opportunities
A deposit of at least $500 is required. This must be made online using credit card as part of this process (enter a partial payment on the "Checkout" page).
The remaining balance can be paid by mailing in a cheque (recommended), or online using this system by logging in with the same e-mail address and password that was entered during registration (make sure to keep this handy in case you have to make changes in the future). Mailing instructions are provided in the payment "Terms & Conditions" on the "Checkout" page.
Cancellations
Cancellations to GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE sponsorship opportunities are subject to a $500 fee and are only available for a limited time.
Other sponsorship cancellation requests are subject to a 10% fee. Please contact sponsorship2010@nacecalgary.ca, or phone the event organizers directly, in order to process a cancellation.
Availability of booth location and other sponsorship opportunities are not guaranteed until a deposit is received.
