What exactly is 508 compliance? The 508 compliance law ensures that federal agencies make their technology accessible to people with disabilities. RegOnline now provides alternative keyboard navigation for those who are unable to use a mouse due to vision impairment. RegOnline will also have verbal tags for images, allowing registrants with vision impairment to utilize screen readers. Read more.

Support Tip: Changing the status of your event
Did you know that you can change the status of your event from “Active” to “Testing” at any time? Let’s say that your event is in Active status and you want to make some changes, but want to test these changes before you publish them. Simply put your event into Testing, make your changes, and process some test registrations. If you like what you see, you can keep the changes by just switching your event back into Active status.
